Shipping Policies
Simply Treasured Gifts will ship your order via reputable carriers only. All orders ship via ground unless otherwise specified. Standard delivery generally requires several days for your order to reach its destination. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. Items within an order may be shipped separately.

We do not ship to PO boxes. We are not responsible for delays in delivery that are caused by not having a physical street address.

We will be closed on Thursday July 3rd and Friday July 4th in observance of the holiday.

Orders ship within 4-6 business days after order placement, unless otherwise noted on your product. Your order should arrive at your locaton 6-10 days after it has shipped. Larger quantites may take longer.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delay.
Shipping and Handling (S&H) will be added to the total of our order. S&H is calculated based upon the total dollar value of your order.

We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but in no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery information.
