Please inspect product immediately upon receipt. Any defects or damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.

You must receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA) from Simply Treasured Gifts prior to returning an item.

If you receive an RMA to return an item, that item must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of your original order date. Items will not be accepted for returns after thirty(30) days for any reason.

Only non-personalized items may be returned. If you personalize an item with a monogram, initials, logo or name of any kind, it is not returnable.

Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to Simply Treasured Gifts must be properly packaged. Simply Treasured Gifts will not be responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.

Simply Treasured Gifts will only reimburse return shipment costs of an authorized item if the item is subject to damage or defect. We do not reimburse shipping for items which are not personalized unless damaged.

All replacement items will be shipped via ground service only.
