What is your holiday ordering/shipping schedule?
Order by December 13, 2008 for
standard delivery for Christmas.
Order by December 15, 2008 for
2nd day delivery for Christmas.
We will be closed for the
Christmas Holidays from December 24, 2008 thru January 5, 2009.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa at this time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Simply Treasured Gifts is located in Arizona. All orders billed
to an addresses within the state of Arizona are charged sales tax.
How do I track my order?
Every order will have an order number assigned for tracking.
Use this tracking number in our order tracking feature located in the left
column of the home page to check status of your order.
When will my order ship?
Each item is created custom to your request. Ship time may vary
by item ordered. Most items ship 4-6 business after you have placed your
order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the
carrier tracking number.
